Personal Care Assistance That Preserves Comfort and Dignity
Bathing, dressing, and toileting are some of the most sensitive parts of the day. When they become difficult, family members may feel overwhelmed, and clients may feel embarrassed or frustrated. Our caregivers provide professional, respectful personal care assistance to help clients look and feel their best.
We provide non-medical home care across New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Maine.

FAQs
Will I lose my independence if someone helps me with personal care?
Our goal is to support your independence, not take it away. If you can do part of a task safely, we encourage you to keep doing it, and we help with the rest.
Is personal care only for older adults?
No. People of many ages may need help due to surgery, illness, disability, or fatigue.
We customize care for each person’s situation.
We customize care for each person’s situation.
Can I choose the caregiver who helps with my personal care?
We do our best to match you with caregivers who make you feel comfortable. If a match doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you to find a better fit.
What if I only need a little help, not full-time care?
We’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits your needs. Caregiver visits require a minimum 2-hour shift per visit, and we do not require weekly minimum hours, so support can be as flexible as you need.
